On PC there is an option to change your field of view, consoles don't have such an option though.

The re-rolling of the Bribe was a glitch from the 5 supply drop bundle. The game thought the Weapon Bribe was bundle of 5 drops so it said you reroll it for 90 keys. It was a bug Preston.
