Have you tried grounding? You look at objects you would be familiar with like a chair, then look at something else, do this 5-7 times until you feel the anxiety abate. It was my minor at University, I suffer from anxiety as well. I was born in Cincy at Our Lady of Mercy, at least it was called that then, with family in Loveland, Blue Ash, Indian Hills, etc. Big German and Hungarian area, of which I am both, hahaha

With such a large audience you should not look at that pay check and do some research before helping them in brainwashing people. Really disappointed with big creators like you especially since this data has been available to the public for so long. Do better

You realize you're taking money from charlatans with the betterhelp sponsorship, right? The data on this has come in quite some time ago; I'd encourage you to do some work and figure out who is sponsoring you before you accept their offer.
