Will it work at all without headphones.using speaker?

this is a miracle for me...I have Hashimotos and part of it is a condition called myxedema (pizza face) where the skin on the face becomes dough like and rolls off my face...this will be some battle for the brain...I had a relapse last week (severe stress) and now have it on both sides ... Seems to be making my face and neck area tighter, and, wow, I can breathe again, and it's super humid right now, so normally I'd be gasping for air. Thank you so much for this one.

UPDATE: I listened to this Saturday for hour and I couldn't believe it looked in mirror to put some new facial serum I bought and you could really tell the difference -- less wrinkles big time around side of mouth and upper lip from this vid. I only used it a couple of times & I could see difference but I wasn't consistent . What are the results?

I've been using binaural beats for years with great results (very good for sinus problem and pain relief) ! but I never used it for cosmetic reason. I believe in the healing power of sound and am just starting to explore frequencies and binaurals and I have to say I was very skeptical about this but tried it anyway on the tram home from work. I’m 30 minutes in and checked my neck before when I went to have a shower and cannot believe it but the sagginess has almost completely gone! Fell asleep with it. Felt very strong and I got up without any pain for a long time.

This really is the best it is doing all over my body . Its even releasing pain in my knees. So happy with this one.

So I woke up startled by this when this video accidentally played after my normal night time playlist. I was seeing patterns on the wall! Kaleidoscopic like 😮 No way normal light patterns would have that shape and movement from under my closed blind. I added this to my playlist and will try it out 😌

Same happens to me. Since I started listening this audio, even if I’m not listening and I am meditating or doing yoga, i see caleidoscopic patterns, colors, ágapes and lights. I’m dreamimg a lot also. That’s beautiful and magical. I don’t even look at my skin, i feel great and that is enough.

no way! they work! I know these work only because ive listened to gregorian chanting for years for stress or if anything bothered me, to sleep. And maybe a year ago i started all different kinds & mixed them to sleep after alot of tragedy. They are miracle workers

I am 69 years old. VG health. I listened to this BB some years back. But my listening time or frequency was not consistent. Having read all the positive comments (from what I believe are credible users), I am now again starting to listen to this sound. My goal is to listen at least once a day (3X or more if my time permits). In the morning, I listen to this BB while performing my Ayurvedic Water Therapy. I am a positive person. I EXPECT very good results with this combined approach of sound therapy and water therapy. ( I also do what the dermatologists are recommending - have a good night's sleep, eat lots of veggies and fruits, take the proper supplements for skin, have regular exercise, avoid exposure to strong sunlight, drink plenty of water, avoid toxic stresses, etc., etc.)

Usually means you need to drink more water.....frequencies and subliminals reduce headaches with water in system, also faster results...know your comment 2 years old...

Wow I woke up in the middle of the night and I had looked for and was watching a similar one. I would never have chosen this sound but I slept great to it even though i woke up ontime exactly before 7am to it w no alarm.. BUT my FACE FEELS TIGHT. MY LIPS FEEL AND LOOK PLUMP. My skin looks plump and clear. I am gorgeous 😍
