I've always suffered from dark circles under my eyes, and no amount of creams or nutrients can help. Many people suffer from bags or hollows under their eyes, or dry and wrinkled under-eyes.     Yes this was another helpful exercise technique. Could you please tell some exercise for the inner corner of the eye as this area also needs attention with age. Thank you

    Thank you! The skin around the eyes is very thin and delicate, so we should avoid stretching it. There’s really no exercise for the inner eye corners, as exercising the muscles there would require squinting and cause wrinkles. There are a couple of acupressure points that are very useful, they are explained in my book (link in video description) and I can make a video about them specifically later on.
