@@smdumbrunette tanning from UV rays, indoor and outdoor, is evidence of skin damage itself. the pigment (aka melanin) producing cells in your skin, the melanocytes, are producing more melanin because they've been activated by damage from UV radiation and the melanin helps to protect the skin from further damage. this is the reason why humans tan. it's never 100% safe, but people can determine for themselves what amount of risk for damage they're willing to accept in exchange for a tan. or like in this vid just go for the self tan lol

You guys know that some fake tan has a bronze color bc it’s a guide to make sure u didn’t miss a spot before washing and it comes off way lighter

Honestly I have to applaud you and your sister! This channel does not get enough attention. You both are great, you’re funny, not afraid to make mistakes and just show the true results which is what I love. I use to be into fake tan but never really had any expert advise. Would love to get back into it and you guys give me the confidence I need to start fake tanning again. Keep up the great work you both are awesome!

They are not changing races. Fake tans just have bronzer in order to see if you didn't miss a spot, then it washes off and it turns out lighter. She's not doing blackface. Not everyone is trying to look like us, some people just like it better when they are a bit tan because it gives them a brighter not-so-dead look and that is okay

No. White people can tan too. This idea that no caucasians produced any melanin is bullshit. Go to southern Europe. Not all white people have fair skin. My husband is 2nd gen Italian from southern Italy he can get very tan if he wants to. That’s not black-fishing. If I want to get tan but don’t want to risk skin cancer I may opt for a fake tanner and use sunscreen.
