I don’t have Netflix. That must be a great stunt because that looked painful and dangerous as hell. Seems like good fodder for ‘Daddy Court’ in a category you can start called ‘Do as I Say, not as I do’. I could picture your adorable little one covering his eyes but laughing ❤️

Bloody Hell, Chris! What are you doing???? You can’t risk that gorgeous smile and amazing singing voice by smacking your face hard on this “game show”. Are you OK? Actually just found it on Netflix and watching right now. What a weird and dangerous show- no knee/elbow pads, goggles,helmets??? Surprising due to USA health and safety rules as we were told to wear life vests to go on a swan boat and a belt for a horse on a carousel-insane. Even kids don’t wear that in UK! I don’t like this programme as making me feel queasy with all the bangs and thuds- are they sound effects?

OMG! That looked like it really hurt! I hope you are ok! Whiplash from a car accident has nothing on that!!😂 My little brother (24) was in that show Wipeout when it first aired and he had to jump from that spinning thing you were on, then onto a small platform to some rope ladder and he missed the platform and landed back on the spinning thing on his ankle and foot and shattered it. He couldn’t sue bc he signed a disclosure agreement beforehand. They didn’t even pay for his injuries.

Omg is right, and for your brother too. Shows like this with no safety gear and total accident waivers make me mad. I hope your brother made a full recovery and learned to never again sign such agreements.

These shows are all about getting contestants banged up as much as possible. Even if an agreement is signed beforehand, a good lawyer can usually find holes in them. Anyone considering going on these shows who are required to sign an agreement, I'd recommend they stay away as they're counting on people to fail. Clearly, there will be injuries as we just saw above. Many forget how vulnerable our bodies are. I slipped in my home last year and broke my arm, both the Ulna and Radius in three places! I was 53yrs young and never had a break before. This show is lunacy!

@@krisushi1 Good points, and agree completely. I hope your arm healed fully. I'm about the same age and have come close to slipping on the carpeted stairs a few times! Thankfully I have quick reflexes.

@@DashingPartyCrasher I thought my reflexes were great too but I don't have carpet which didn't help and was splayed out on the floor before I knew what happened! Unfortunately, I'm still undergoing extensive therapy and due to it being my predominant arm, there's much I still can't do including write! This occurred at the end of September and I feel this is going to be a long journey. At least they kept reassuring me at the hospital that this could have happened to a 20yr old which made me feel a little less of a fool. I'm hoping to finally recover fully but can't be sure yet.

@@krisushi1 Oh wow, that's quite a challenge to get through! Thankfully now it's easy to type by speaking. We tend to take our body parts for granted until we get injured or ill. I have experienced that too: now "over" a DVT after leg vein surgery in March, but my legs and feet are still not back to 100%. I wish you continued healing! And for what it's worth, carpeting is slippery, too. (But less painful after a fall.) These days, I often grab onto railings or chairs, just in case 😆

Honestly Chris, why would you go on a show like that which is all about expecting you to fail? From watching that video, your face took quite a solid bang onto that platform and I'd expect there was injury. Our bodies aren't always as tough as we think and aren't meant to do ridiculous stunts like these.
