Such a cool opportunity. Holm is a true champ! Loved the vid! Ps…you NAILED that punching drill. Even though it’s meant for accuracy and timing, it’s EXHAUSTING, and you looked like you could have gone all day. I used to be a state champion and nationally ranked mma athlete, and those drills would turn my arms into jello for a day after lol. All that style and grace in your rope routines looks so perfect (especially with the constant smile), it’s clear how strong that had made your arms! I wish I could turn back time and include rope more in my training! Definitely underrated when it comes to strength and endurance.

Loved the colab video showing the techniques Tory and Holly. Thanks for sharing with your followers🙏. I love seeing how different sports and arts have stuff in common, being a multi sport/art person myself. Best wishes from England UK

Great video Tori and Holy. In the boxing world Sugar ray Leonard and Roberto Duran were well know for their jump rope abilities I would love to see Tori work with either one of them. Both these men have huge followings on social media. They are very cool. Look them up if you can. I would love to see it.

U should bring more women mma fighters on Tori!

How did you like being in Albuquerque ?

Holly is great, I dont think she got the credit she deserved though after she destroyed Rousey. The UFC really was pushing Rousey as the best as a marketing ploy. Much like they pushed McGregor and gave Nate Diaz no credit after he beat McGregor. They needed those 2 as marketing ploy. Holly is not only physically tough, but mentally and always conducted herself like a lady. Then you have Tori, THE great jump roper , amazing skill. this is a great video. Tori seems like such a great person as well. Holly learned that like it was no big deal....fast learner and coordinated. 2 LEGENDS!
