They are Japan's Arch Enemy/Amaranthe/Unleash The Archers...all rolled into one Japanese unique package...that break between the screams where they're all singing and bobbing heads from side to side....shows they had fun with the song and the video itself

Tamu, the drummer, may look adorable but when she's behind the drums she becomes an absolute beast! Hazuki and Saki are pretty much the veterans of the group. Hazuki is a past member of a metal band called Disqualia. Saki is still part of another badass band called Mary's Blood and one of two guitarists for her other side project, Amahiru. Mayu, the screamer/clean vocalist with the orange hair, used to be in a band called LIPSTICK. Haraguchi-san, the bassist, was in a band called HöLDERLINS. Mix all of them together and you get one of the most badass metal bands to come out of Japan! 🤯🤯

Our bespectacled little nerd girl definitely grew up, didn't she? Although Saki is more well-known (from Mary's Blood), I think Hazuki might be as good, if not better!

As others have already mentioned, that is indeed the same singer from the first Nemophila video you did a reaction too, mayu. She has insane vocal abilities...she can go from sounding like a little kid singing (and I don't mean that in a bad way whatsoever) to good ol fashioned cleans to...well, what you hear in this song, haha. And really, she's got a couple different ways of doing her screams, because she's that dang good. You're in for a treat with this band. I mentioned this in the first video you reacted to, but they are still a fairly new band, but there is still plenty of content to react to, and it's all so good. You're going to have to check out some of their covers eventually...there's a Babymetal one and a AC/DC one them i'm sure you will want to check out. But all of their covers are worth a watch...they even made me like a Nickelback song. And yes, they do have some more original songs as well that are all worth it. Buckle up for another fun ride with another amazing ladies band from Japan...and this one is literally just getting started.

That's a great marketing slogan. And being cuter than established Jmetal bands but also heavier is a great way to get Kpop, jpop, Jmetal, folk metal fans in on it. The adorable chorus can be sung by anyone so you can imagine one screamer in a group of girls and others in the chorus, doing this at band camp lol.

I've been watching Nemophila since late 2019, Mayu has the best voice in the business, Nemophila is a world class band!

Nemophilia is definitely becoming one of my favorites. You would go crazy over how hard Yousei Teikoku rocks. Recommend Mischievous of Alice, Astral Dogma, Kuusou Mesorogiwi or Flamma Idola to get you started down that rabbit hole right.

I may be a Maidiac but I'm definitely up for more Nemophila reactions. They have some other great originals, but they also have a wide range of covers. I'm partial to the T-Rex, Linkin Park and Iron Maiden ones. The Minions one is good for a laugh, and their cover of J-pop act, Niziu "Make You Happy" is nice as well.

@@muto4055 Perhaps it's because NiziU is a J-pop girl vocal group, not a band. The Japanese band Girlfriend also did a nice cover of "Make You Happy". Girlfriend is a pop rock band akin to Scandal.

It is still Mayu singing. Her hair is different color. Band is same, they formed Nemophila in late 2019. They are all in other bands also. Try their songs: Fighter, Oiran, Sorai, Life. They done covers also, last year, while recording their own music. Their Maximum the Hormone, Baby metal, X Japan covers are awesome.

Unlucky Morpheus also has a strong front-woman :)))) Still trying to get you to listen to them. Common song to start with is „Black Pentagram“ I won‘t give up

I am discovering so many amazing bands through your reaction vids. You have great taste!

I am enjoying the reactors hearing Dissension for the first time, all are so stunned. I am in love with the drummer Murata Tamu, she is apparently a top session musician much in demand. As much as I like Dissension their covers of Megiitsune and X Japan I really love. On the X Japan cover Murata Tamu is unreal!! It's not what what they are eating it's the Saki!!

This is my favorite tune of there's so far. When I first heard this when she went from the screams to the cleans it really reminded me of Alexis Brown from Straight Line Stitch the way she could go from one to the other flawlessly.

It just never ceases to amaze me how many incredible Japanese musicians there are in general and woman musicians in particular! Band Maid is the best band in the world! Other bands have already opened the doors. Show-Ya and Shonen Knife have been going since the 1980s. And Lovebites have already toured Europe and America. They have the extra advantage of singing their own songs in English. They are following.

There are popular bands such as BABYMETAL, BAND-MAID, LOVEBITES and Mary’s Blood, Aldious. Of course, there's Nemophila. And are there any promoters that can realize that grand plan?
