Face Grooving with Boring Head - Surface Grinder Shop Made Table - Part 4 -- Tavolo Rettifica

Today finally I will make an important operation I will machining the center part making a Face Grooving with the Lenz Boring Head, didn’t was easy, I make an approach mistake at the beginning but after I find the right way to do it. Finally the cast iron block side B it’s completed, is everyday a pleasure working with the milling machine Deckel FP2 and use the boring head Lenz, both from Germany, great tools!!

    Mmm, probabilmente il problema sta nel' passaggio oltre il bordo, che unito alle vibrazioni produce un casino.. Suppongo anche la marcia sia la piu bassa possibile.. Purtroppo a volte le cose sono difficili da tagliare, sopratutto la sistemazione non permette una presa sicura o un' lavoro scorrevole. Sarebbe piu facile un' tavoro rotante, ma dato le dimensioni del' pezzo, mi sa' quasi impossibile. Auguri, sembra procieda bene nonostante i problemi.. =)

    E si grazie, ma ho fatto anche delle ingenuità, ho fatto esperienza, sapevo che era meglio svuotare e poi sfaccettare come al tornio ma ho continuato ugualmente
