FACE FRAMING LAYER BOB HAIR CUT TREND 2023

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

A face-framing layered bob is a popular and versatile haircut that features shorter layers around the face to accentuate the facial features and a longer layered length at the back. This haircut is perfect for those who want to add some dimension and movement to their hair while maintaining a chic and polished look.
To achieve a face-framing layered bob, the hair is typically cut to shoulder-length or slightly above. The hair is then layered around the face to create a flattering frame that accentuates the cheekbones, jawline, and eyes. The layers can be cut at different lengths to add texture and volume to the hair.
The back of the hair is typically left longer than the front, and the layers are blended to create a smooth and seamless transition. This creates a soft and natural look that is easy to style and maintain.
Overall, a face-framing layered bob is a timeless haircut that can be customized to suit any face shape, hair texture, and personal style. It is a low-maintenance yet chic haircut that can be dressed up or down for any occasion.

It worked! I have cut my hair straight as in for a blunt bob but it didn't look great as I read there needs to be a bit of angle. Then I found your video and cut my hair according to it and Love it!

I'm going to try this cut if I haven't already cut it too short to get these face framing layers.!! Because I've already cut my bangs & tried to cut layers, so I'm guessing I'll need to cut the pony at my eyes if Ihave enough hair. 😅 I like my cut, I just feel like it isn't layered enough for the look I'm wanting. 😊 Thank You!!✌️❤🇺🇲 🤞I can achieve this look!! 😅😊

Love!! Can I do this with a bit shorter hair? Not like my profile picture, I'm trying to grow it out. I have very thick coarse hair, and looking for a cute cut. I do my own hair, and am looking for an easier cut to let it grow with. If this makes sense.

My hair won’t fit in rubber bands in 3 sections. It’s to short. May I put as much hair as possible in each section and cut it the way you did? Thank you for any help you can give me. Debbie

I think this is what he’s doing- 3:46 Looking at the section horizontally, let’s call the part of the of the section closest to the ear A and the part closest to the back of the head B. If you were to over direct the hair forward keeping both A and B the same distance away from the neck you would end up with A being shorter than B. To make them both even, he’s still overdirecting but holding B closer to the neck than A is. Another way to explain it would be if you think about the head from a top down view with the face side as north and the back of the head as south. When you overdirect the section, you don’t want A & B to run north to south. You want A to be northeast from B. I hope that makes sense and I didn’t confuse you more. And, even more, I hope that I’m understanding him correctly myself. 😁

Paul, I did the unicorn, but with bangs to the eyebrows after applying face framing layers--(Due to receeding widow's peak.) In the back I did a ponytail in center back. So, a different angle. My hair is wavy, fine, black. Tight budget, so have to do my hair at home. Any thoughts? On my lines. Tips, etc. I will try to send a picture later. I also use some special scissors ✂️ with the teeth when I do it. I think the wavyness saves me a bit on the ammature part.

@@carollewis6599 believe the ones with the teeth are called thinning shears or texturizing shears. They can be helpful but you can also mess up your hair if you use them wrong so look up a few videos on how and when to use them. You’re right about having wavy hair. It’s much more forgiving. You can always go through and point cut into the lines and it will soften them up. P.S. I’m also a DIY person so don’t take it for gospel lol

Since you bring the top part to the front, like he said, you should be able to part it any way you want. If you part it on the side, and then cut it, it will be uneven.
