This magnificent chateau is composed of a central building which dates from the 17th century, with two towers on each side. The left tower dates from the 16th century, and the right tower was built in the 1900's. 3 terraces were built in 1900; one on the ground floor at the front and the other 2 being on the first floor at the back of the left tower, and at the front of the right tower.
You will find slate roofs on the property. The living space is of around 450m² with 16 rooms, 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 WC.
The chateau is situated in a calm spot with no overlooking neighbours, ideal for gites/B&B or wedding events.

I've watched EVERY Chateau for Sale that I could find online, and I keep coming back to this one as my favorite! Seriously, I'm sure that about HALF those "Views" are mine! In my mind, I've got the whole thing decorated and landscaped! It'd be a ton of work, but living in so much BEAUTY would be a dream! Thanks for sharing! Wish I could buy it.....

Beautiful property for the money. Less than a 1 bed/2bath in Chelsea NYC. This pandemic has proven that for many occupations all you need is a computer with decent WiFi. What are the taxes like? I don’t understand why the French aren’t buying up their heritage. Can anyone shed light on this? Trying to talk my daughter and sil to buy one in France or a villa in Italy. The Italian properties appear to cost far more than the French right now. His mother lives in Bologna and also owns property in the mountains. I think it might cost more to rehab one of their properties there - so a property like this makes sense in the EU. This one is really simple and beautiful and is in beautiful condition.

What is the name of the chateau? (I would like to see it from Google Earth.) Do the fireplaces work? How many toilets? All the doors are shut in the video. Are they closets? Is that supposed to be a fountain in the front? Or just a planter? What does the inside of the Orangerie look like? What does the inside of the Chapel Tower look like? What does the back staircase and the front servants staircase look like? And that other tiny kitchen behind the huge fireplace? Those 2 tiny kitchens would have to be fixed and become one. With a staff (or student-interns), that could be a great, productive property.
