That's just amazing! I've also been working on an Emperor's Children army for the last few months with a tons of kitbashes and all, and I share your mixed feelings: on one side I absolutely adore them, on the other hand I can't help but think "what if it doesn't fits at all with the inevitable new EC range? Was this a waste of time and efforts?" I went hard on the 30k bits and the "Decadent, ornate and baroque" route, with a deep purple and tons of gold trim and wing motifs.
