I loved Colwill at LB a lot. He's calm and good at decision making. He doesn't go forward recklessly so Mitoma doesn't have to worry about space left behind him and can focus on attacking. Hope De Zerbi keeps doing this.

Lmao Estupinan doesn't "go forward recklessly". He makes excellent runs and always whips in a great ball. Estupinan has been brilliant this season, it wouldn't be smart to bench him. He probably got subbed off at half because he overhit too many passes

What a club you lot are. Absolutely in awe of the way the club is run and how it has a clear identity. Been a United fan for 20 years, but I make sure I catch a brighton match whenever I can along with my beloved reds.

I don’t see that this is a miss. The ball had a kind of unpredictable effect, so it was difficult to hit and also he couldn’t reach it. The last shot was clearly his miss though.

Brighton's attacks are really fantastic. The buildups are constructive and various front players can score. A very promising performance.

Budd he already does a lot with his dribbles. Completely destroys the backline arrangement by drawing defenders towards him leads to vacant spaces for Mcallister and caicedo.

With the Sanchez incident, the commentator is perpetuating a lot of the rubbish opinions you see online. "It looks clearly outside the box", well yes, of course it does when you look at it from that angle. However, the only angle that matters is the one in-line with the box, and that one wasn't shown so you can't conclusively say either way. Look at Japan's goal vs Spain in the world cup. From most of the other angles it looks like Mitoma didn't keep the ball in, but when you look at it along the line, funnily enough it was in! Anyway, well played Grimsby and well played Albion, looking forward to another trip to Wembley!

Nah pause it on any tv, you tube clip, back front angle he dives backwards. Plus his toe on his right boot is over the line. Even sat at the stadium it stood out he was outside the box. But fair play to Brighton a team on the up and showed Grimsby what they could achieve with time and investment. Good luck

Back or front angles are irrelevant, the only one that matters is the side-on one, and I've not seen the video replay from that angle so it's impossible to make a decision either way. If the side angle showed that he was out of the area then I would readily admit that he should've been sent off.

Four cautions during matches automatically imply a one-match touchline ban. De Zerbi very often argues with referees and gets booked.
