why does the red and blue light flash when i turn it on

I've sound but no video SD card inserted any ideas

You cant record or take photos when its plugged in, it does not support this. Usb only to access files ot change settings

I'm having the same exact issue, I left it charging overnight, when you hold the power button down it'll vibrate three times the lights will flash and then it will stay on for a couple seconds and then vibrate once more and turn off. I seen someone else mentioned something about the card. Going to have to go buy me one of those cards and see if it works

Shared one outta an old phone and it works!

Your packaging is identical to mine its a good a possibility we purchased it from the same person on ebay. My camera I did not come with a memory card I had to send off for it separately. You need a memory card to be inserted and maybe the battery needs to recharge before you can use it. After all you don't know how long its been in the packaging before you purchased it. I am currently waiting for my memory card to arrive by post Please let me Know did you get the camera working eventually ?

Please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
