Today yet another update came out fixing all of the issues we discussed here! The "# Tornadoes" setting is now "# Cells", and you can adjust the probability of a cell producing a tornado using the "Tornado Spawn %" setting. Fixed "blue sky tornadoes" and made the game a bit more overcast again Fixed ambient lighting so shadows aren't as harsh

Jeff this game might just become the next best storm chasing game honestly. I wonder if multiplayer is being worked on, I think it would be awesome if you had multiple people chasing the same storm or competing with each other similar to how Storm Chasers worked.

The graphics are incredibly cool. They pair perfectly with the 90's aesthetic of the game.

I picked this up after your first video and have been impressed with how quickly updates are coming out. They’re very responsive to player requests and bug reports, almost every day updates are released steadily improving game play. I wish I recorded my gameplay as during a chase I was off roading attempting to get ahead of the tornado. I was focusing more on the tornado than the path ahead and drove into a bit of a ravine at 110 and got major air. I flew straight into the top of a tree and died instantly and lost it. Blunt force trauma to the everything 😂

Love the Camera text in this game. Feels so true to the 90's era of Camera recording with the date and time in it. Another great video of this game Jeff! Enjoyed as always brother.

Jeff this is easily one of my favorites I've seen you play! The way the trees bend into the inflow is just so cool to me! Like when you're up close and get in the outer winds looks so similar to real life! It feels as chaotic than footage shows in real life! Man Jeff I love your tornado videos man, I’m a big GTA5 fan but you’re the reason I fell in love with weather and tornadoes mainly, I throughly enjoy your chases man. Keep these videos coming, I’m starting to really like this game, I was a big fan of storm chasers but this is growing on me, keep up the great work man! From a fellow Missourian I definitely approve of these tornado series you always have going on!!! Maybe do a GTA5 OCRP Tornado mod event sometime? Would be cool if possible to do!!

Just wow! This is definitely the better looking Storm game. I recently saw your Storm Chaser video and this is definitely the better of the two games for me. I also love the nineties feel for the nostalgia lol the lighting is really impressive too.

I went ahead and purchased this game on steam after your first video. So far I have been impressed with the progress made since I purchased it. I hope this becomes a series on your channel as I love storm chasing in real life here when I am not working in eastern oklahoma and northwest arkansas.

It’s been a long time for something like this.

That Silicon Graphics logo on the laptop is a nice touch Silicon Graphics was a manufacturer of high end workstation computers in the 80s and 90s (Think computers that cost as much or more than a nice sports car of the era). If you've ever seen Jurassic Park, the CGI was all done with Silicon Graphics computers, Nintento partnered with them to develop the N64, many MRI machines ran off their machines, and the list goes on. Anyway, the logo on the laptop is a throwback to the movie Twister, in which you can see their logo printed on the chaser's laptops. Funnily enough Silicon Graphics never actually built laptops, so the one in the movie was just a mockup with their logo printed on it.

Good to see that this is someone's pet project and not immediately abandoned. Some of the sample requirements though, I just don't see it being possible with only one probe or not dumping it at the point where your life would be in dire risk in realism terms.

Wanted to see the aftermath of that humongous F5, that was amazing, never experience a tornado cause I live in the Caribbean but I experience a watersprout, my previous high school is on a hill that over looks the Bay and we saw 1 formed and it was there for like 10 15mins it was beautiful, glad no one got hurt that day

Yeah would also love to see different types of storms and lightning. I would also love to see realistic crash damage and hail damage. I want to see death and injuries from lightning and hail as well.

So the developer of this game honestly deserves so much more credit than he is receiving. He has made a decent/good and enjoyable game by himself. Its very impressive to see how he has been updating it so quickly and listening to what people say. We need more developers like this guy these days. It's amazing to see. This game has had a lot of updates..was playing it today and the whole interface for the radar and selling data has changed alot. Very very intense 😳 but poor old pilot hill is always getting shafted lol i try to save people but you get those few that refuse to take shelter. I say check it out in its most recent form..its goood

The not having a warning in 1990 is scarily accurate. Guesssing the game's NWS office was all ehhhh, we need to get every box ticked. meantime an F5 is on the ground destroying everything. Didn't know this game had the NWS mindset from Illinois that year pre-August 28th
