When you get the second spirit petal you should get windy since belt will be hard to get and windy helps alot @@Mynewacaunt

​@@Mynewacauntno you should offer the second spirit petal to wind shrine. Petal belt is super useless. It just gives you extra capacity and a super useless ability. You should get windy bee before petal belt and I know it will be hard because you need to offer about 100 vials but it's worth it like I did.
