For cases where you need to rotate, I chose to rotate to the left so we could solve the pairs using L/U solutions in a way we’ve already seen. If you’d rotate to the right (and solve the pair into the back), you could solve the pair using R/U solutions, but then you’d need to learn new solutions.

Cube head you probably won’t see this but you’re the best tutor for cubing. I learned beginners method from j perm. I could sorta do f2l from him, but 2 look oll and pll made 0 sense. Later with your vids, I understand perfectly! I even learned full pll from you. Hope I can learn this and full oll too. Just wanted to thank my favorite cubing content creator!😊

I thought this was the video I was waiting for. But then I realized there’s only a couple of cases you showed that I do differently. I do a lot more sledge inserts though. Also I thought it was bad to rotate while doing an f2l pair. Like in the middle of the alg I mean. Overall I think it’s a really nice video and will really help a lot of people. Thanks Cubehead!
