Couldn't have said it better myself. Big fan of the Honda power unit and it's a shame to see them pulling out of F1 (again). Hopefully Red Bull will find a good alternative to give Max the most competitive car possible moving forward.

The fact that they used the same livery for 5 years in a row and it still looked good was pretty impressive, just goes to show how good that livery was

That 2019 purr sounds so calming.

Trackside the cars sound very similar today to 2014 apart from the Honda popping on the overrun, it’s mainly just the microphone placement on the cars changing to help improve the sound

2020 Honda engine has a special sound

I miss the high pitched engine sounds from the Rb6(2010) sounds wayyyy better then all of these

I just noticed that Red Bull didn't use the lcd display on the steering wheel in 2014 unlike other team.

biggest difference between the engine sounds, is the location of the microphone.

Nice VID, but I would recommend only using videos from dry races if possible. During rainy races the engine isn't tuned as aggressively as it would be in dry circumstances, which makes them sound worse. Just giving advice, not trying to be a knob.

I am a honda guy, but I loved the sound of RB11 - it was this video which introduced me this magnificent sound. RB13 sound so terrible that it might end up broken in a split second - a quite wierd noise which is hard to explain especially during the accelaration.

Which year? Early hybrid Renault was quite slow, later they gained in torque, and now Honda is the best engine on the grid right now.
