i just noticed that in 2012 drs was free to use in qualifying.. lol

I always have the weird feeling about v8s that they were underpowered for f1 standards, but yet the power to weight ratios and acceleration was still very impressive. You just tend to look at things in relation to others

In the first half of the season, yes, as soon as his contract was extended, he was in some races arguably faster than Fernando (COTA, Brazil, Korea).
