Webbers peak was Jaguar/williams era, he started F1 pretty late he was approaching his mid 30s at the time of Redbull dominance.

@@george1449 not every driver is the same, for whatever reason they have different reasons as to why some can stay good when they are old and others get bad quickly.

@@george1449 With Webber past his physical prime and Vettel about to reach his, it was logical for RB to make Vettel first driver. Normal thing to do, look at Vettel and Leclerc at Ferrari. Schumacher was just one of the few exceptions of this unwritten rule, since he already was several time world champion and his teammate wasn't competing.
