David Schwimmer's David smile is actually different than David Schwimmer's Ross smile. I'm always amazed at how great of an actor he is. Also it's really weird to have Matthew Perry refer to Matt LeBlanc as "Matt" because I'm so used to him being named Joey.

I don't think David purposefully puts on a diff smile while acting. Its just that they have to smile because the script calls for it while these blooper smiles are his real smiles because he is laughing for real. I'm not saying that when he's in character he is forced to smile, I'm just saying that his smile doesn't come as naturally and therefore differs from his out of character smile.

@@evasalmeron3211 Yeah, those different smiles are noticeable throughout the show. Not just David but Jennifer, Courteney, Lisa and the rest as well. As in being in character or out of character when smiling. Knowing of course their perfect on- and off-screen chemistry.

if you didn't know first half of the scene is cut in that when pheobe asks whats that smell joey raises his hand and says that's me and during 2 take ross laughed bcoz of that

It's sad how happy Matthew Perry looks when really he was battling depression with alcohol and drugs while filming many of these videos. He even says the years between seasons 4 and 6 were kind of a blur. Good thing he sorted it out eventually.

you dont have to cut for different scenes, only if you are showing a full shot, but not for bloopers/gagreel which usually arent longer than 30 seconds

Not even comparable these 2 in terms of quality of humor, depth of the characters and the acting. Also, Big bang had a few lucky succesful seasons but went downhill pretty fast. Kind of like 2 and a half man (same producer no?). Friends felt like it became even better with every season.
