Out of interest how come you took the MK47 motors instead of the mk60?

Both motors have roughly the same overall energy after the motor burnout, but the Mk 47 burns longer for the same energy state, allowing it to take greater advantage of the thin air at loft altitude for a longer period of time. This allows it to have better long range capability over the Mk 60 motor, which burns out before it can take advantage of the thinner air.

Tracks can get lost for a variety of reasons, but the worst are when a target rubber bands. For a brief second, the target is not where the radar expects it to be, so it drops track. Barring anything like that happening, try to stay lower than your target or set MLC switch to OUT.

he will also use mandatory attack and manually select other tracks to be ignored or mark them and friend

hey checklist, can you tell me how to select a target as mand attk please?

The panel got retextured awhile back and has an incorrect label next to the button, but with the CAP Category switch in "Target Data" position, press CAP Btn 1. See: i.imgur.com/7irrDH4.png This will tell the system to maintain that individual TWS radar track above all others. You can also designate targets as "Do Not Attack" in the same way.
