I run the low smoke have the sotf and high pressure med shift . Works great for towing our rv. Just added the 60 gal fuel tank thanks for the video make it 10 times easier

@@tylerhebert9117 depends on how you drive it. The higher HP tune you run, the better you will get, if, you can stay out of the throttle. I’m running level on 37s and I got back to about 15-16, which is where I was pre 37s stock.

Ez lynk with gdp tunes. I’m currently running the 200 hp lbf she’s a little dirty but sometimes it’s fun to roll coal

That HISS tune is exactly what my old, deleted, Nisan Titan XD sounded like. My wife called it the "Jet". I'm not a fan of the turbo hiss at idle myself. Looking to delete our new to us '19 F-350 soon.

I run the standard SOTF LBF QR, HISS 0-200hp. But I typically run it on setting 3 It is a little Smokey on 5 but I like the file a lot. You’re right LBF is great for towing though.

Need some unbiased input on the ezlynk tunes...I am running stock 6.7 but only getting around 14 mpg mixed driving (get 18-19 on highway with 35x12.5x20 open country RTs)...wanting to bump my mpg...can I expect a gain in mpg from the tunes you mention or just a gain in torque and HP?

where are you reading these descriptions from, have been playing with some different tunes on my 2013 and having trouble making sense of all the abbreviations

AMDP has a tuner that plugs into the ECM and uses a laptop...for 20-22. It seems to work fine.

Nice! The TCM 2nd gear lock locks the torque converter in 2nd gear instead of 4th when WOT (wide open throttle) That helps lock everything up in the trans and prevent unwanted and unneeded slipping and wear of the trans. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

Can you tow 8000# on 160hp. With high press medium second gear lock. Do you need to do the tow haul on even with the trans tune hauling thanks.

A little better mileage. Maybe due to air flow. Trucks runs cooler for sure. Also it seems peppier as well. I really like it so far. Love the whistle it gives off as well! 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

Hey man, great videos. I just got mine done the other day and I’m curious about your experience with the trans re learn process. The tuning company (same as you have) says they took away the KAM reset tube because people were over using it and messing up their trannies. So I un plugged my batteries for 20 mins and it seemed to reset it. My issue is that non of the TCM times feel as good as stock. They all have hard shifts into 4th (not firm like 1-3, but a harder clunk that seems too early) and generally they don’t drive well. So now I’m trying high press OEM shifts. How long did it take for your trans to re learn the TCM tunes?

It takes about 3-500 miles to relearn. Just drive it right for awhile and let it do its thing. It will smooth out. I run medium shift 2nd gear lock trans tune. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

The HISS tune sounds like a big ass air leak with a 5" exhaust. I had to ditch that one quick. It does sound a little better with the stock size pipe.

I just waited till I had like 20 miles till reduced power. It was almost empty. I never drained it or removed the tank. I guess I could of drained it all the way but I didn’t. It’s been 2 years now. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

Yo manny, when I ordered my Ezlink 3.0, they ask for your vin. Then it comes ready to rock. Best thing Ive done. Great mileage too.

Hey colt, have you had any issues with DTC codes? I have the SOFT and had the connector piece you talk about not having in one of your videos on your buddies truck and I kept getting a PCM- Fuel Pressor Sensor A Circ High code but would go away from time to time. I switched the SOFT wire connection to how you did it on your buddies truck without the connector piece and I’ve gotten a few more codes now. Have you heard of anyone having issues with codes or have you personally had any issues with codes? I’ve reached out to my tuner but figured I’d ask you on here also. Love your videos man. Thanks.

Colt, I watch your videos all the time. Your videos have really helped me when working on my 17' F250. I'm get all the parts together to delete this spring. I was leaning towards Proven. Talked to them on the phone this week and they were extremely helpful. What company are you using?

Hell yea, appreciate that bro! I did line work for 12 years. Once I got married I knew I wanted a family and more time. So I transferred to another department. Same hourly pay just not as much OT. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

Colt what is the sequence for uploading a tcm tune? Do you do kam reset before or after?

Got one more question, I’ve got my ez lynk (proven tunes) just waiting on my pipe. Do you still have hiss tunes with sotf? I’m sure I’ll figure more stuff out when I get it installed but I’m just curious.

Do you decide which tunes to go with once you plug into the truck with ezlynk and get on the app? Or is contacting proven diesel prior to the install the route you have to go? I planned on using my buddies ezlynk just as a tuning device. But I’m unsure on how I go about getting tunes. Anything advice helps. Thanks
