I know dudes who have a better collection than that, and theirs isn't even worth a mill. How can it be when he doesn't even have the barbershop crest!! I guess because he has a couple of snowbeach jackets he thinks that. Well I'm going to say again,SNOWBEACH is only valuable because of raekwon, but the line is garbage!!!!! I passed on it then, and I'm definitely passing on the re issues. Ya collection is not worth a mill homie, your pieces aren't even pristine.

I wouldn't totally agree, but kinda like you said, I wasn't goin ape shit over any and every snowbeach garment. I copped the snowbeach jacket as soon as it came out in fall 1993. Before the wu video. Rae kinda did make it popular, but people who knew what time it was (like rae) would go for pieces like that. I think they are rare pieces, which makes them highly regarded. Many Lo pieces that you just can't get anymore are gonna be revered. Lookin back now maybe I should have kept my stuff pristine, I didnt. I was into the grungy preppy look. I have had so many Lo pieces that I gave away to chicks in college, lost them cause I was drunk or blazed, fucked them up in the washing machine by bleach getting on it(wanted to cry a couple of times 😂), ripped them on escalators, hoppin fences, caught on chairs, just worn out from the wear and tear of time, or different shit...I was careless with them; I was a kid. I've thrown out bathing suits, hats, patches, sweatshirts, eyeglass frames, shoes/sneakers, jackets, sports jackets, socks, pajama pants, ties, suits, oxford shirts from not knowin better. I had so much that I lost interest and didn't think shit would blow up. I only have 2 pieces that I really really cherish. My snowbeach anorak from 1993 and 1 full length blue wool toggle coat from 1989.(like the coats the students wore in dead poets society) And Chris Brown didn't know how to rock the snowbeach anorak. He looked like a bird in it.

I'm not going to front, the collection is dope, but in terms of value, he waited too long to sell. He's never going to get a $1mill. I would say the collection is worth maybe $60k. Now that Polo is making retros, people will not even entertain his collection. As I said, he waited too long to sell. I would've sold everything 5 years prior to POLO releasing all the retros.
