The lyrics speak about Victory. He was not angry, he"s patriotism in a fiery sense. The trap song is Carinioza, it's a Spanish influence very much alive in Philippine culture and history. He"s advocating Filipinos not to think of the negativity but be one for the Philippines future. It's a very provocative awakening because he's a Fil-Am who once been teased as Tisoy - means Puting Pinoy and considered as not true-blooded Filipino. The irony...yeah...I love the lines when he spoke about Spain with silent "s ", and the last part is really telling...our heroes died in our own soil. Kudos to this young man. He really nailed it.

On the line "I ain't Tisoy, I'm Pinoy!" so the word "Tisoy" is a combination of words "Mestizo" and "Pinoy" together, they are originally the Half Filipino/Half Spanish-white people or mixed raced in general who has white skins, it's not actually a rude thing, others actually appreciates it if they are called "tisoy" cause as we all know beauty standards in the Philippines is that when you have white and fair skin, then you are automatically beautiful, but with EzMil he used it in a context of being Patriotic on being a Filipino alone, and as we all know Spain colonized Philippines for more than 3 centuries so yeah that explains the SPAIN with Silent S. Carrying Spanish Flag working for the Spanish King and not portuguese hey! 1521 when they arrived and it all started from that Year. Phils recognized that as the Start of the Colonization. he's saying that ever since he was a child, he has been descriminated in the PH because he is "tisoy" (basically means that he has white skin which are dfferent to the normal filipino skin color, because he is half white half filipino) but he is saying that he ain't tisoy, he is pinoy. (but being called tisoy is usually compliment in the PH nowadays because almost all filipinos dreamt of having whiter skin kinda like the americans and koreans.) Ok, this is as much as i know about EZ MIL . His real name is Ezikiel Miller, born in the Philippines ( Olongapo City ) on July 27, 1998. He is using his Mom's Surname, and his father Paul Seperria was the lead guitarist for the band Rockstar back in the day. EZ MIL is gifted that he is multi talented when it comes to musical talents like his Dad. He grew up in the Philippines, particularly in the Olongapo City vacinity which he proudly mentions in the video 2 2 double o ( 2200 area code ) for 17 years, then he moved to the USA since 2015. Just as a footnote, he spoke 3 languages on the video ( english, tagalog, ilocano ) yes, 2 dialects in the Philippines that are prominent on the big island of Luzon. Tagalog is basically understood by the masses, but Ilocano is a dialect that is regional to the northern part of the island of Luzon. EZ MIL speaks this dialect fluently too because he spends a lot of time with his Grandparents on his dad's side in Urdaneta, Pangasinan. The section in the video where a voice asked him to rap in ilocano is when he was so fierce that he almost cussed ( but he knew he can't, cause its the Wish Bus ) was truly felt by us all. Ok, these are some notable tidbits you can use as reference to the video: In the beginning when he waves and says MGA KABABAYAN, it translates to Fellow Countrymen. The music at the background for the HOOK is actually derived from a folk dance in the Philippines called CARINOSA, where a native guitar is used called BANDURIA. The idea to use the music was EZ MIL's mother's recommendation, and since EZ MIL was familiar with the banduria effect, because when he was a kid, he danced the Carinosa in a program at his school. Believe me when I say, almost every filipino knows about the Carinosa music, that's how 'old school' it is. The word PANALO means WIN or WINNER depends on how you use it in a sentence. @@lvrboy124 Ilokano isn't a Dialect It's a language.. Tagalog can't understand Ilokano same with Ilokano They have different grammar and syntax, thus two different language not a dialect because Ilokano has dialects also.
