The other monsters have nominated EyoL to be the manager of the Power Plant. He’s the only one competent enough to run the generator and all the contraptions. Despite this, his technological vehicle is still garbage tier and cant function to save its life. Such is fate.

I know that Glowtorch wasn't in the original, but seeing as how it appears to be a mechanical entity, would that mean that it qualifies as a suitable contender for Wild Power Plant?
