Urahara _ ASB is actually pretty easy to play. If it's the button combinations which annoy you, at least. Of course you'll need to accustom to some aspects of the game, like the obnoxiously short range of most attacks, but when you do, it's pretty f-in fun!

Ironic KZreadName compared to other fighting games, ASB is simplistic and super easy, mainly just to be flashy. You can do a simple flashy combo by mashing one button, or activate a special move with the simple press of one button. the old JJBA fighting game is the superior game imo, but it is vastly more difficult seeing as Capcom made it and implemented more traditional fighting systems.

ASB is better than EoH. First, it has legit and balanced gameplay. Second, it doesn't try to cram in pseudo-rpg elements. Also, no Road Roller in EoH. Even Jump Ultimate Stars 2 had Road Roller. The perfect JoJo game should have HftF/ASB gameplay and EoH's story mode. Also, one thing both ASB and EoH suck at is the arena's. There are simply not enough of them.

Pet Shop isn't even in that game, and Iggy isn't broken at all. He is actually on the middle-to-lower tier of characters in my opinion.

All Star Battle or Heritage For the Future 2 would be amazing. JoJo deserves more than a shallow arena fighter

ASB for me. EOH could have been the perfect Jojo game but no local multiplayer just kills it.

All star battle is more of 2D side fighting like Tekken. The other JoJo game is like more open world ,Royal rumble type of setting. If your a old school , original fighting game player you'll love the JoJo all star battle. The other one is more for new age fighting game players ! EOH would definetely be the best choice for me if it had 1v1 option. I'm not talking about offline pvp. I'm talking about being able to have 1 on 1 battles between characters. That's a point ASB has above EOH. The main problem with ASB is that the game feels VERY sluggish. Fix that and add more characters and we are golden. Sadly, this isn't gonna happen

Dude im so conflicted. Can some one tell me how the overall combat is for eyes of heaven like combos and such? i really dont want to get both, but from what im hearing theres things that eyes of heaven has that i really want in a jojo game that all star battle is missing, but from what i can see eyes of heaven seems to have less going for it in the combat system. Im not talking about depth because i can definetly enjoy a simple anime brawler, but it just seems like theres less combo options and things like that. And i do enjoy a traditional fighter aswell. Also local play is kinda important because i just put my roomate on jojos and hes fucking with it. We play the storm games and dbz games against each other alot and we get pretty competitive with it. Like to the point we get into borderline arguements over weather one of us lost because of some bs the game caused. lol our gfs call us loosers all the time for it, but yeah its a good time so i kinda want local play.

The thing about ASB is that there's a separate patch for the English copy of the game regarding supers that use the bar as a timer in where if you Rapid Cancel, you'll only use half of the HHA Gauge instead of 1 full bar. Some characters had infinites removed, like Jolyne, which is good, and the majority of characters just got really random nerfs, like Lisa Lisa and Buccellati. The game is unfortunately not in depth and the combo system is linear. You can really only chain, its very hard (impossible) to link two normals together. At best you had taunt combos to restand the opponent or juggle combos. There were microtransactions in the game for you to get costumes/colors/taunts/sfx etc. which I wasn't too happy about and the netcode isn't great all. You might as well just be in Pucci's Stairway to Heaven and it's the same effect. CyberConnect2 had a game they could build off of but chose to move to Eyes of Heaven. I don't blame them for this choice as they aren't too great with fighters, but I feel they could have definitely done more with ASB to make it a more fleshed out fighter. People in the FGC were welcoming ASB because it reminded them of the 90's, when Jojo's Bizarre Adventure - Heritage of the Future (the arcade fighter) dropped. People didn't know the characters but the game was cool and ended up having challenging execution, with the battle design having alot of depth to it. I guess as a fighting game head, one thing I like about ASB is that the battle design for the game will reference the ability of the stands slightly. If you use GER with Giorno and input 22+S, you reset the opponent back to standing position so you can repeat the combo. GER was known for resetting every situation that might harm Giorno back to 0, so it was a small thing I liked. But Eyes of Heaven is definitely the better choice for jojo fans right now imo.

Rohan Lourve is also a reference to Araki having his art featured in the Lourve.

ASB is a good game, I play it when my friends are online. Although I do have to say that the attacks are a bit sluggish and you can't pull off real combos. EOH is good in general when all my friends are busy because there's a decent amount of action and story mode. HFTF is the best in my opinion because it's fast-paced, easy to get into, and there are actual people playing competitively. I could talk about how using stand mode easily lets you get stunned but does good dmg etc. Did I also mention that it has the best multiplayer of the two and handles well on low end pcs? When I play with my friends, we all agree that EOH is pretty easy to get into while ASB takes a while to learn the controls, but it feels rewarding when you get your attacks off. My ass always gets kicked when I'm playing ASB though. It all boils down to the play style you're into. And this is coming from a neutral perspective because I've started playing both and don't really have a preference yet.

I think Eyes of Heaven has a japan only PS3 release as well.

Just a question, because I can't seem to find the answer. Do the English varieties of these games have Japanese with subtitles, or do I need a Japanese version?

What's the song used when you were talking about eoh. I can't for the life of me remember what it's from.

They really should make a new jojo fighting game (in the style of asb and HFTF) with litterally every character from jojo as playable from Jotaro to Jack the Ripper, from Steely Dan to DISCO. And the ones that are restricted to an area (like Death 13 in the dream world or Toyohiro in Superfly) should be secret characters that can only be picked when in a sertain stage.

It would be pretty hard to add literally every character without making the moveset and gamplay really shallow. Also even if you added every character that can work in a fighting game/3d arena battle you would go well over 70 characters.

@@user-pj7ur2pk4t No, it wouldn't, it would just make the game insanely hard to develop and probably also expensive. I think that having just the important or famous characters is fine, but I would prefer gameplay variety, for example, I would be angry if Jotaro, Josuke and Giorno all played pretty much the same

Eyes of heaven is a mediocre 3d fighter that pales in comparison to games like the nuns series. Asb works as a fighter and is fun regardless of whether or not you like jojo, eyes of heaven is only enjoyable if you like jojo

Let's not forget that after the story mode there Is no point un playing the game at all.. the online runs at 5fps most of the time

And even then, ASB is still not a very good fighter compared to other games in the genre. HftF shits so much on ASB in terms of gameplay that it's not even funny

Fun Fact: the ps3 version of Eyes of Heaven is very easy to emulate, even on a not very powerfull Pc

This video could've been constructed better, you did good but it sounded as if you had recorded the audio in one take with no script, but i wish bandinamco can create a jojo game that had the graphics of eyes of heaven, but with the same gameplay of heritage for the future. Id expect it would have in-game purchase items like items, costumes, and color-skins with in-game currency by playing the game like EoH but by how good dragon-ball fighterz is doing, it's best to assume costumes will be DLC season passes. The online would be peer to peer connections and non-region locked servers.

Bro why the music sound like we in the lobby of a hotel or waiting on hold

I introduced my 10 year old sister to Jojo and she's addicted so I'm gonna get Eyes of Heave so me and her can play . Does anyone know if I they have any Physical English copies in America or should I import a copy from Japan? I'm one of those guys who needs a physical copy.

You can buy jojoniums at books a million. Or download all the pages of the manga and then print them because they only have it up to part 3.

I want a JoJo game that lets you make a custom stand and character but you have to unlock stand moves so you can't just make your stand OP

Hi superkamigaming please could you do a versus video between Jojo All Star battle and Jojo Heritage ps2 and Dreamcast

All-star is more of an arcade with better combos

Spoiler alert: They're both bad. Asb is literally so clunky and bad feeling I have to put it down after a few rounds when the initial fan service deliciousness of their gha moves wear off. Eyes of a heaven is alot more competent but the total lack of local play means its worthless to me. Jojo deserves a good arc system works game :(

oi i wanna get the game but idk where to install cuz the playstation store like the ps3 one doesnt have it but if u search on store.playstation.com and u search on there u can find it but idk can u install stuff from the internet on the ps3 so i dont buy it for 30 euro and then it ends up dont working

I'm stuck between buying All star battle and Eyes of Heaven. I want to play a 3d party style Jojo game but I want to know if Eyes of Heaven has at least any sort of multiplayer such as co-op or even fighting my friend without having to use online.

I think it should have been Jonathan because he's the main Jojo, while Jotaro can help since they both fought Dio/DIO. While all the other characters fought their main antagonists

You can always play Heritage for The Future. PS3s are pretty cheap now so you could get ASB on that and the Japanese version of EoH (English version isn't available on PS3 for some reason)

What about a game with mechanics like hftf but with updated graphics, in the art style of asb, with an all-star cast, and local multiplayer. (cause they managed to forget that one with eoh.)

He mentioned, that in EOH you can play story mode together, how? Everywhere they say there´s no local multiplayer, so how you can play story mode with someone? Tell me somebody how to do it please

I say get both. Get ASB for local Get EOH for content.

2-3 seconds isn’t even that much yikes for most of us because thats not enough to hit an entire square combo but i feel you bro

A fighterZ or Warriors type of game, like One Piece, but following Part1 to 6. Since part6 is coming out this year. Would be cool.
