Eyepiece Projection Astrophotography from Flying Flags Avila Beach (using the Startravel 102)

I took the Sky-Watcher Startravel 102 out to the Flying Flags RV Resort to get some shots of the planets. I used eyepiece projection to get a little more reach, and bring the planets a little closer up. I also shot some landscape and bird photos as well.

You guys are so lucky over there with your various terrains and weather. I was almost born in the US but my mother decided she didn’t wish to leave Scotland. God knows why.

Extremely helpful video for beginners like me. I had no idea I could take the lens off an eyepiece and place it in my T-adapter/extension.

I am glad to have had you be a recommendation by KZread that I checked out! Very interesting and fun to think that even I can get some photos of the planet Jupiter! I am a novice so this is exciting. I, too, think that turkey vultures are pretty neat. Thank you for your video!

Hi, When i try to use eyepiece projection with my Canon T5i and 10mm lens the image is always completely dark, EXCEPT for the moon. Everything else is complete darkness. Any idea on what is wrong? thank you
