Thanks Nicolas, I promise to upload more often. :) I have a bunch of video ideas lined up. It’s not that much about remembering steps, it’s more about observation - literally thinking what the video effect is missing and what more you can add and stack to make it a little more complicated. It gets easier with practice definitely. :)

I have same issue. and it's weird because the first time works ok. now I have black hall ... I'll try to reinstall AE.Edit - Works ok now. so reinstall your AE and should be fine.

Im failed at the scale im transition part My footage move to far to the right ...but you in the video stay at the same place

If you want the eye to be centered when you scale in. You can animate the position of the footage too to center the eye by the end of the scale. So both scale and position will be animated.
