It’s the Lancôme ombré hypnoses kajal pencil, I have a few of their pencils and they LAST, my mom has such watery eyes at times and she loves their brand, she can’t use gel she likes it in pencil form and any of the Lancôme pencil have work for her, yes they are a bit expensive but she will use it completely every last drop and sometimes you get lucky and get free samples with your purchase 🙌
