I m suffering this frm 2017 ....now i m B.E Student ...i missed the extreme important eye contact days ....i m afraid of making eye contact with others ..and this made me lack of communication skills...every day ..every min ..every sec...😣😣😣 Even with my frnds, brother , mother ,relatives ....i want to overcome this please help...when i go to marriage functions then i m very stressed abt eye contact and finally come out with head ache ,eye paining , due to shyness😢😢
