I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now and I’ve noticed how you’ve changed some things. You wash the back side of the carpet first now and I’ve noticed you don’t squeegee as much as you used to😭 you also rinsed the rug for a long time with a hose and then rolled it up without squeegeeing it when you used to run the water on your squeegee and continuously keep squeegeeing the carpet multiple times😭 I miss your old video process and angles😭💔

Hi, I understand your point. I know it would be more pleasant to watch if the picture on the carpet was arranged towards the viewer. But some carpets have a vertical design and we didnt yet find good angles to record videos with carpets put vertically. I hope you still enjoy our videos! And thats for your suggestion.

I don't mind watching the cleaning process with any orientation of the rug/carpet Please consider turning the rug around for the after clean pictures at the before and AFTER. For the final results, it would be far more satisfying to see the "picture" right side up. Thanks so much. Maxine Casper

These videos could be SO MUCH BETTER IF there was an explanation as to the history of the rugs. Such as how they got so dirty or where they came from. They always feel incomplete. 😢

Thank you for your feedback. We are a carpet laundry, we clean carpets that are brought to us by our clients. We dont feel that asking each of our customer about the history of the rug would be appropriate. For your information, the rugs can come from a garden, garage or a construction site. People use rugs in those areas as entrance matts, usually in places where the walking path gets muddy, for ex in greenhouses or on sandy floor in construction sites. A carpet helps to not get dirty in mud

We have a contract with a construction company - they use rugs as entrance matts. After days of working in heavy dirt the rugs can look like that.
