To be fair to Nuno, he nailed the solo live and on a big occasion .. and that's one of his toughest..

I remember being a senior in H.S. watching this. I still love it just as much now as I did then! ❤

i was there, awesome. cracking double bass drumming from the mangini, an Nuno loks like he's constantly lookin for the next bottle o piss to be thrown his way. top band!

When grunge was taking over they still had the energy that one else did!!!! And still hasn't!

gary makes me laugh, he's just different from the other's, he does stunts, dancing, karate, almost everything on stage hahaha

Nuno has always been my guitar god will remain so. Extreme is my favorite band. Gary is great in the studio but I have never seen him do well live.....well maybe he did better at the "Take Us Alive" concert.

Very true but at least he knows he can't and at least makes up for it by rockin out. Gary in the 2013-2014 sounds effing great.

for anyone confused for why gary's singing is so raspy and he seems to be yelling rather than screaming at some points, it was probably to make them sound "heavier" to try to stop the piss cartons and angry "fans"

Great comment. From the set list to the delivery, they were clearly aiming to tame/win over the crowd with a lot of aggression front-loaded into the set. If we watch the video of the entire show, we see Gary nailing it all across the set, so this isn't representative. By the time they got to "More Than Words" late in the set, they had the crowd on their side and clapping along with it. Some people look at one short moment of something without context and think they understand. Thanks for giving a different view.

don't think he's ever used triggers, thats a remo kit, mastertouch bass drums and roto tom toms, 6" 8" 10 12 to etc to 18" . 24" bass drum and dw pedals. he now plays pearl " with normal toms"! simply stunning. clever guy.

I was there for this- they didnt have the best gig ever this day! They played a few songs from "waiting for the punchline " which went down like a ham sandwich in a bar mitzvah! Gary got really pissed with the crowd, and it was kinda downhill from there. I 'd seen them dozens of times before this show, and it was a real contrast to what I had seen previously- shame really

i like nuno very much..nuno is a talented player..but you can't compare him to evh..evh is just like a teacher to other guitarists after him..so many many guitarists learned evh style and they respcet him as a great player..and maybe nuno also put some respect to him..so i think it's unnecessarily compare both of them..
