Members of the Extreme Ownership Academy attend a Live Session with Jocko Willink and Jamie Cochran, to discuss how using the Indirect Approach as a leadership skill is different than being passive aggressive. Members also engage in a question and answer portion of the Live Session where they provide context about their specific leadership challenges and get direct feedback from Jocko and Jamie.
Live Sessions are held three times a week on the Extreme Ownership Academy with lessons, guidance, and feedback directly from the Echelon Front Instructors.

I love this. I am using some of this information for a training at work. We will be watching the first 10 minutes of the video to get a good feel for the topic.

There is a very passive aggressive Owners Rep on my jobsite. Withholding info and never communicates until it's too late. So I started building a relationship with him and it's a complete 180 and is now onboard. Its actually fun to play the game. Poker face bro...
