• MASSIVE Mexican STREET...
We're going DEEP to try it all in this video, trying out spicy salsas in the local market and traveling to taste a lot of Mexican specialties! Just watching the cooking in the market will blow you away, there is so much to taste and try around every corner.
We visited the tlacolula Sunday street food market outside of Oaxaca to try some local, authentic Mexican foods and found a big street with tons of different vendors all lined up serving a huge variety of different foods to taste.
Here is a list of the foods we found at the market outside of Oaxaca, Mexico:
1) MESSY Carnitas tacos - served with a selection of 3 different spicy salsas and with two corn tortillas to keep all the JUICY pork meat inside! Super delicious!
2) BIG stuffed and folded over tortilla known as the tlayuda, a true Oaxacan food specialty! It was served with Oaxacan string cheese, salsa, guacamole, and spicy chorizo sausage
3) Delicious Mexican BBQ - Here we found the meat lane, serving up a ton of different different cuts of meat, from thinly sliced beef and pork to the amazing and spicy chorizo sausage, it was all super delicious!
4) Cow foot soup also known as caldo de pata, made with a rich tomato broth full of spices and served with nice jelly like cow feet, this was definitely a must try dish in Oaxaca!
5) Super plump pork sandwich bun. This was made from pork head meat and was super delicious when drizzled in the slightly spicy salsa verde! Very tasty and worth trying!
These are just some of the foods you can try in Oaxaca, Mexico. You could travel here and spend years trying new foods, it really is that delicious!

HUGE THANKS to ExpressVPN for offering all Food Ranger viewers 3 months free and 49% off their yearly package using this link: ExpressVPN.com/Thefoodranger . Travelers need ExpressVPN to stay safe online and to unblock any site. I personally use it for Netflix, even while at home in Canada, but also while traveling to unblock content and episodes that are geoblocked, and I also use it for security, because airport wifi and hotel wifi is often very insecure, leaving my data vulnerable. By connecting to one of their servers around the world, it’s just like my computer or phone is in that location, and all data sent while connected to their VPN is secure, safe, and private from others to see, so I know that my data won’t be hacked or looked at by others. Thanks so much for watching, and we have tons more videos coming up for you! Please leave me a comment below letting me know what you thought about this episode, thanks so much!!!

I wouldn't care I would pay even if they said it's on the house. They do it out of their kindness of their hearts not knowing that this guy is getting paid for the free food they just gave him... Shame on him... We all know they go to places where they are poor on purpose bc they are most likely to offer him a free meal if he says something like "with this review...people are going to be lining up..."

I used to work in one of these markets, but in Ecuador, and I made bread. Ya'll....it was some of the hardest labor I've ever done. Wood burning ovens Infront and to the side of me, and then you're mass producing it for the day so you're kneading huge potions of dough. I don't work there anymore, but to think there are folks doing this everyday for their livelihood until they can no longer do it, is a sobering feeling.

What’s up NOTIFICATION SQUAD! Leave me a comment below! I hope you’re doing well and enjoying our videos! They have been so much fun to make for you! Without a doubt, the best part has always been meeting all the friendly people everywhere we go, because enjoying the food would never be possible without the amazing people behind every dish we taste. In every video we shoot, I always try and share the locals behind the food (with their permission), to share how friendly people are around the world, and to give you more than just food. I’m also aiming to show you that if you have no fear of making a fool of yourself and trying out a few phrases of whatever local language you’re learning, you can have real connections with people even without speaking the language, and that’s what it’s all about! Please let me know if you’re enjoying this Mexico series in the comments below, I would love to hear from you!!! We’re back in China now and planning out more food destinations to shoot for you, and I’m leaning towards shooting a little bit more of China, mainly because I love it here, and then moving around to other countries in 2018, maybe a little Middle East, and Japan, and definitely more India! I love all you Mexican people ❤️ soooo much. Amazing food, amazing culture, the most kind people on earth.
I love the bright colours and your enthusiasm for the food, the people, and the language, @The Food Ranger :D Is it possible that at 12:53 the brown sauce is not refried beans but MOLE, originally from the region? I'm glad to have watched my first Trevor James video and look forward to more :)
My parents are immigrants from Oaxaca and them watching these videos always makes there day. Thank you for showing the world our awesome cooking

Natalia Rose I live in Acapulco. Americans don’t appreciate how great it is there. My kidneys almost shut down from eating pickled pig skins that had been sitting out in the sun all day. Also the rapes are ridiculous. So much. I wish I live in the USA.
