I think the sweetest thing I heard in this video was "my boy." It wasn't a shallow statement by Mrs. Okoro. To me, there's a million meanings in that, and they generally would be prayers and gratitude.

I remember growing up watching Clean House on TLC and wondering if anyone could pull off such makeovers in Nigeria. It’s amazing seeing you pulling this off and transforming people’s lives. You’re so amazing and keep up the good work!😊🙌🏾

If I'm guessing correctly this looks like a rented apartment. I really do hope some sort of agreement was reached between @fisayo and the owner of the house cos it would be unfair to make all these changes to the house only to have the landlord increase the rent or ask them to leave. the first thing that came to my mind while watching this was the landlord. some inhumane landlords might give them a notice to quit the apartment after this renovation, so they can rent out the house at a way higher price. Anyways, God bless you immensly Mr. Fisayo
