It’s a problem in our country that someone like Travis would be sent for an operation rather than corrective exercises

Exactly! I got absolutely zero help from normal doctors, and even sports med doctors. This should be mandatory common knowledge for all practitioners

@John Everyman wrong. Physiotherapy is free in the UK if gone through our NHS referral system. It is not really that specific, it's essentially basic hip mobility reinforced with Glute activation. What's specialist about it? (my job is Msk rehabilitation BTW) If you're implying a GP wouldn't know what to do you're correct but generally even a new GP would offer Msk rehab as a basic treatment option.
Hip pains and imbalances are the worst!! Thank you so much for these and the others geared towards the pelvic muscles ♥️

Could someone please let me know how to look for those bands? Or how to adapt those band exercises? Please?
I wish I could see Squat U in person and get my whole body sorted.
Doctor Horschig is definitely a miracle worker.💯
I followed your instructions and felt instant relief 😮💨 thank you thank you thank you!
Travis has an amazing personal story too.. really inspiring what he's gone through to be where he is now
I definitely get how good it must feel for him to be pain free. This was amazing to see.
Good to see the relief on your face just being able to walk pain-free once more.
Awesome to hear the pain is gone! 💪🙏
U out here literally changing lives
The human body is amazing! Since we seem to actively work against are bodies all the time, this channel is so flipping necessary and awesome!
This channel, and those exercises cured the Anterior Hip Impingement I had for over a year. I tried everything I could. Those banded hip joint mobilization exercises cured me instantly just like the Big Fellah in this video. It's like the story where you remove the thorn from the Tiger/Bear's paw...
I have the same problem on the right side, thank you so much for this video!🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for your work.
Sir, You are the best.
Fricken awesome, how often should we implement these exercises a week? Thanks for this info.
This is excellent.
Same problem on the left side for a year now. Not everyday but often after legday, after doing squats, legpress or deadlifts. Gonna try this! Thanks!

Man! I have been having this pain off and on. I'm doing the exercise and I don't feel like it's doing anything. I just want my hips to pop out so I know it's getting some relief.
Hi Aaron i have low back pain and i have done some if the test in ur vids. Like the one with a kettlebel. Holding it in front ot doesnt hurt. Extended my arm with the kettlebel also didnt hurtLike going on my toes and slamming on my heel also doesnt hurtI laid in my stomach and extend my legs up also didnt hurt But when i rdl with my core braced and lats flexed it hurts Like even at the start of the movement It hurts like primarily on the right side i can do also do a side plank with my feet a bit elevated and it doesnt really hurt but i feel it I can also do a 1 arm push up with my feet like 4 fists apart without pain but i do feel the right side of my low back. My right hip has good internal rotation but my left has less And my left hip has a bit more external than my right
God this channel is Good.

Hey Dr. I really appreciate this ray of hope. I'm in a very similar situation, heavy lifter in my past. At the point where it's pain from the time I get up to bed, in my hip. Hard to walk as well. If I were to follow the stretches in this video would that be all I need to help?

@@ozonedepleter1672 It's not 100% fixed but I am able to walk 10K steps a day with minimal pain. I overdid these stretches and ended up making things worse for a week, then I cut back and did nothing and the pain went away
I may had the same problem, fortunately not that long thanks to my osteopath and tons of stretching I've tried. I guess that happened after some sumo leg press session with only 100kg where I was going way to low and fast. I've heard several people who get the same pain due to sumo leg press or sumo deadlift that goes too low.

Going down with a big load on the muscles to the extreme of your range of motion is really stressful on the muscles and joints/ tendons/ ligaments
Can you make a video with exercises to treat athletic pubalgia? I think you haven't made one about this subject yet. Thanks!
Could someone in this community, please let me know how to look for those bands? How to adapt for exercising at home?
I have hip problem but in uk it’s hard find some one with your knowledge
I'm a golfer. Right handed. Do you have exercises that address QL, shoulder and groin soreness and foot supination all on the same side? My right hip is higher than my left. Thanks.
Got any advice for high hamstring tendonopathy?
Do you think is the same problem when you have pain in the front of the hip during pistol squats? on one site only left (leg pistol).
I need assistance with my hips especially my right hip. I went to a specialist in Ann Arbor, Mi got test done & he showed me the x-ray of my right hip out of alignment by 12 degrees
What if I have pain I. Similar places but only when bending over like with rdls
Was this hip impingement or another issue causing his pain? Just weakness and lack of mobility?
I've b even dealing with this same hip pain for 3 months I've been trying everything to get rid of it so frustrating!!!
Strange how I'm talking to the wife about my hip playing up and I come across this video, I shall try
Is this applicable to torn hip labrum’s?
Sir I don't whether I'm having this problem or not but I think this will be the solution for my (left joint of the hip side below the stomach ) and my left leg knee and ankle also feels like week cuz of the hip I think. My right leg having some more strength compare to the other side where I had that issue sir , Please kindle put full solution video for this problem this is my kind request sir pls sir
What if the pain still persists even after these exercises?
The same thing is happening to me. After playing basketball my hips hurt for me to walk 😢 its so sad because I love playing it 😢
Sir my back pains when I try to touch my knee to chest , is it normal , if not please help

Why did you not try the Fadir Test? and it sounds like a labral tear, with my experience of a labral tear. I would definately advise to make a X ray for any FAI and joint spacing

What good will a xray do , aspecially on a strongman athlete, if he has just achieved pain free hip function? You really need to consider what you're telling people.
@sman53
Жыл бұрын
Many people have labral tears and ligament injury but display no symptoms , if you can reduce patient’s symptoms to a low level then your on the right track , given that this guy is a strongman completely destroying his body intentionally, it’s a great result.
@MBours91
Жыл бұрын
@@sman53 the fact that most labral tears are asymptomatic is exactly why you shouldnt go for xray initially. Even more so when theres a good painfree function.
