Sea moss is delicious. In the Caribbean we make a drink with it by adding milk, (lactose free if you're like me) vanilla essence, bananas and some people add peanut butter. It's absolutely delicious. It's like a protein shake smoothie. It's a staple drink where I'm originally from

I started using Sea Moss for my knees about 4 months ago when I came across a Dr Sebi video. I have to say that my knees no longer hurt when it's raining. My knees no longer buckle when I walk. It's very good for people with arthritis which is what I was diagnosed with. I also lost 30 pounds since I began using it in smoothies.

I’ve always grew on Sea Moss as a kid because it is very popular in the Jamaican culture. I’ve just started using Sea Moss again. I take 2 tablespoons daily. I even made my own natural hair remedy with Sea Moss as being one of my ingredients. It worked wonders before 1 months. I had issues with psoriasis for as long as I can remember & now it is gone. I thank the Lord that that problem is gone. My main focus now is to find a couple of more probiotics besides Sea Moss to cure my stomach now. ☺️

Great video! Been using ISM since '95 and I'm super excited about the number of people who are finding their way to Irish Sea Moss. You may want to try saving the water from your soaked cleansed ISM to add to any DIY hair or facial spray (I'm a bit of a germaphobe too). There are some yummy nutrients in the water that it soaks. My sister has even used it in her soups. The gel can also be used as a face mask! Thanks for the ice tray tip!!!

Amazon sells it also, but read the reviews on where it's sourced...and always go for "wild-crafted". It means it was taken from the ocean and not grown in a pool.

You can use Sea Moss applied directly to your skin and hair. There are a couple of ways. For Skin: 1. Save the Spring Water from the 2nd rinse and use it as a toner for your skin. 2. You can add this to your bath For Hair: 1. You can use the water from the 2nd soak of your Sea Moss, put it in a spray bottle, and apply it to clean hair. Do Not Rinse. 2. You can use the gel and mix it in to a deep conditioner. 3. You can mix it with Fenugreek seeds and Flax seeds that have been soaked in water. It forms a gel when you soak them in water. You can also add some Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, and add some Aloe Vera and create a great hair treatment. Work it into your hair and leave it in for an hour. Rinse it out and then wash it. You can also add some Sea Moss to your Shampoo and Conditioner. Your hair will love it.
