OH FRIEND! This turned out so CUTE! What a fun work space to craft in and film in. The washer idea was SO SMART (for the peg board)! WOW Jessica. I LOVE that idea. I was happy when I saw your play button. YAY!!!! You are so adorable "something that you had" ;) haha and your closet of supplies. It's so tidy. Someday I will get my act together. haha someday. GREAT JOB friend. It's a beautiful space.

Just a suggestion: make sure to add some stabilizing blocks in the corners on the back of the cubbies where you removed the backing board. After a little time these shelves tend to start leaning over. I learned the hard way. 😉

I have been watching craft tour videos for months. I’m looking to re-do my area which doubles as my office. Yours is the first that has made me jump up and say, this is it! Even down to painting the brown cubes white. I have 2 of those I can paint and your closet is the same size. No one had a small closet I could get inspiration from until now! Awesome job!

Oh, that pegboard! Like the idea of using anchors and with the washers to hold it away from the wall. That makes perfect sense because of the hardware you have to put through the pegs. I learned something new today! You did so much with your space.

your craft room is straight goals!! Right now I am working with the room that i have which is just my livingroom/office! but one day! i will love to have a craft room to myself. the backdrop is just so gorgeous

Your craft room is amazing! I am so jealous. Before I moved to my mom's at my condo I had a huge bedroom with 2 huge walk in closets. One closet was just for crafts and on the one end of my bedroom bear the windows was my sewing machine and a nice craft table I sold and lost $50 on. It was an awesome table to use in different ways and I paid $100 for it last August but no place for it at mom's. My bedroom here large but only enough room for my sewing cabinet. Now that my mom moved out (a great hurt to me) and I have the entire living room to sit in alone now, I really do not need an over sized lazy boy in my bedroom. Watching your video tonight gave me an idea on taking the recliner out and I have a nice sturdy fold up table I can out in that corner. Or I could go to Home Depot and get a nice board and all my wooden crates I can put 3 each in tip of eachother and the board on top so I have a place for my baskets of supplies. Right now I have all my crafts on a coffee table against the dining room wall and I have to craft in the dining room. At the Dollsr Tree I recently bought pretty placemats that will match my Sage colored walls. I want to put the place mats on top OJ f the crates at the end of my bed and inside the shelf like crate formation I want to make. My goal is to get all unpacked still out on my mom's porch and clean it good top to bottom and have it ready by Memorial Day. It will be nice on the mess hot days to sit and craft at the large cable table my dad made in the 60s. I love your drapes. I bought fabric to make a valance for my bedroom. I was do excited to move in and be with my mom in October. We got aking great and had great fun together. I moved in to help her in the event she ever got sick. Now in March she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. WHAT? THIS WOMAN DOESN'T EVEN GET COLDS. And she has decided to leave her precious beautiful house and me 😥 and go live with my sister. My excitement to fix up my room and a craft area has diminishesomewhat. I find not have much mom ti share in my crafts anymore. I want to fix up my bedroom/craftroom so bad but I just cannot get in there and work on it. My mom's room is next door and I am sad when I am in my bedroom now. For 5 weeks I have slept in the couch. My bed is covered with fabric and other crafts and I am sad not to hear my mom's radio anymore. Thank you for dine great ideas. The little cart you have in your closet I actually have a blue one which right now is in the basement. Maybe this weekend I will work on my room. I haven't anyone to share life with anymore. My mom bugged me to move in with her for months si I finally did and then she gets sick and goes to my sister,'s I don't understand why. I am the oldest and I would have taken off work indefinitely. We looked so forward to planting veggies etc. I am sorry I never married and have nochildren. Life is empty now and hard to get excited when you dont have exciting things to share with other crafters.

I love your craft room! I noticed the center of your shelf with feet was sagging a bit. Maybe another set of feet in the middle or a board between the shelf & the feet? I really like the wire file holders on the wall. I’ll have to see if I have any wall space left for something like that. 😂 Maybe the side of my 5 x 5 cube unit with some Command hooks. 🤷‍♀️ Thanks for the inspiration! 😊

Wow, that should be enough inspiration to get my butt in gear. I can’t believe you did that in one day.
