EXTREME ART STUDIO CLEANOUT & DECLUTTERING 🧼

Before heading off to art school in America, I wanted to deep clean my art studio and bedroom using the KonMari method to clear out and declutter my wardrobe, my art supplies and my other clutter around my studio space and bedroom so I could leave for uni without feeling like I was leaving a mess behind for my mum to clean up after I'd left home. Using my own version of Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method, I spent a couple of days organizing all of my belongings: from clothes to books to sentimental items to my digital clutter, trying to minimize my possessions to fit in just two suitcases that I could take to RISD with me. I am by no means a hoarder, and like to think I live quite a minimalist existence - but this video may have proved me wrong. I feel so SO much lighter knowing that everything that I myself didn’t even realise was dragging me down is gone now - and that my space at home is clean and orderly instead of a storage unit.
More videos coming soon! The move to Rhode Island has been chaotic but am settling in to a steady routine over here that will hopefully mean I get back on track with editing my videos :)

I really feel you mate :) I think we artists been told all our lives that we were such messes and it tends to really gets ingrained into one self's image. I am in that same process and this video helps a lot!
ahh! im so excited for you to be studying at risd! you were the one who inspired me to take art for my gcses and i don't regret it at all! (currently, might hate art later 😂😭) study well!!
