1). Communication needs understanding. 2). Communication needs an unbiased judgment. If you are right don't agree and politely ask other person to understand your perspective if you are wrong then accept it and do the needful. 3). Communication is about using right specific word. 4). Better Communication needs confidence inside you. 5). Don't shy for anything in communication.. I have more points but don't want to write as it takes so much of efforts and no body going to read it. :)

Learnings from this video 1) do not argue. Agree with the person then ask them to explain in detail. 2)observe carefully without talking to yourself in between. Be unbiased. 3)ask questions with interest & a smile. Try to understand what the person wants. 4)listen, understand & repeat what the other person says with pause & patience. 5)watch the other person & try to understand if he/she is interested. Slowly & genuinely pass a smile. 6)ask open ended questions. Match the mood of the other person. Be it excited or sad. 7)at the end of the day, all that people want is to feel good through your conversations. 8)be honest. Have good intentions.

Sir I stutter a lot , lately I was still confident enough to communicate with people but as soon as they fed up with my stutter they leave and mock behind my back , I understand anyone would get annoyed listening a 1m sentence in 5m thats why i started cutting of conversation with others now after 1-2 year i feel underconfident and can't even explain my point to others i understand them but as I remember about old days I give up. Please tell me what to do , there are too many other student like me too 😔
