Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The only thing I’d want to change is that heinous shade of blue they used on the gate and doors on various buildings. Home and grounds are both simply stunning!

What a lovely estate. I just wish the house was bigger. I wish it had between 15,000 - 30,000 square feet instead of only 7,500. But the massive acreage and beautiful landscaping + amenities gives it great potential.

Who the hell needs 15,000-30,000 sq ft? Unless you’ve got 4/5 generations and 25/30 people or more under one roof that much square footage is ridiculous, unnecessary AND such a waste. But then there’s also the fact that anyone who can actually afford to drop $39 million on an estate of this magnitude would also be able to afford to renovate it and add on to it if they truly wanted to.

@@pineappletacos4727 I want a very large house because if I have $40 Million to spend, I want a very large house with tons of amenities, like a movie theater, bowling alley, sauna, Massive kitchen, Massive living room, and tons of space to just enjoy myself in.
