Balanced and well thought out, big mansions of late make very little sense, but this is very well architected, designed and built.

This is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. Not too big just right. Love the garage and drive.

WOW! This home is beautiful! This video, and your love for it really makes it shine. Seeing this on the different real estate websites really didn’t do it justice with just photos. This video could sell this house, and I recommend if you list it again you attach a video like this.

Feels like the Master suite should be one level up, with its own private balcony overlooking the pond.. by the pool on the lower level kinda takes away the privacy - that's just me. Exquisite home nonetheless.

I always wonder how these homes will be used 100 year from now.

I'm usually leaving very critical comments when clueless realtors give ugly and totally odd new homes raving reviews. There is so much crap on the market today, produced by just as clueless and even negligent builders. But this house is awesome! Very well done and it shows that a woman was involved in the decision making. Thank you for making me feel so much better! There is hope after all!

This house is beautiful from the front. The rear windows and doors are a real let down……. I wish they would have upgraded those rear windows and doors. It is a stunning home however.

Very nice house, there ain't not much space left to the neighbours. The path to the entrance could be better. Americans want paths small paths; yes hunny see it lit up when coming home, better install eco lamps. it is a compilation of what all nice building features americans have. Very very but not for my wallet, hole in one

The builder and designer do not ‘hate’ anything. This gorgeous home is built in Traditional European style with a soft, modern interior. Many current builds aren’t using moldings, crown moldings, toe kicks, etc. They are outdated practices. This style utilizes clean lines and unfussy, minimal design elements. It gives off a very calm, serene feeling.

@@thembimda7596there is nothing builder grade at all in this house. i’ve just built a home and used several of the same lighting fixtures which are beyond pricey-ish. And in the primary bathroom - the towers and the shower alone cost the same as a small car. Quartzite (in the kitchen) is becoming one of the most popular stone choices while being the most costly- next to Marble. Stucco on the exterior? Once again, one of the most expensive applications used on a homes exterior. So I would have to say this home absolutely qualifies as pricey, so much so unattainable by most.

Awesome house. Unfortunately it’s out of reality for 99% of the people in America. Just listening to the lady talk about it makes me laugh at how she lives a rich lady life. Lol
