antes de fazer a minha cirurgia exatamente igual a essa, encontrei esse video que me ajudou a tirar algumas duvidas. fui com medo, mas fui assim mesmo. Foi tranquila, e no buraco o dentista preencheu com o biomaterial (acho q é isso), pois ficou um buracão mesmo. Hoje faz 1 semana de cirurgia e ja está quase cicatrizando. nao senti dor depois da cirurgia.

Wow! Maybe you can explain this to me since you had it done too. Did this patient have extra teeth under her front teeth inside the lower jaw? Why there was a need to take them out?

@@SuperBlondecat as soon as I saw that she was talking to them I tensed up so much watching this... by the end my jaw hurt. I know I'm going to speak with my dentist next month when I go in and see why she wasn't knocked out for a week. 🥺😳👀🦷

That was one of the most interesting cases of dental surgery I’ve ever seen or heard of. The procedure looked very complicated and the oral surgeon did a amazing job. I am sure it had to be a rare case that you don’t do very often. Thank you for sharing this procedure, it was very intriguing and definitely educational.

Chocada com essa cirurgia nunca vi nada parecido, assistindo e agradecendo a Deus por não ter nenhum caso desse parecido comigo, Obrigada meu Deus... amooo a odontologia, mas não tenho vocação pra exercer. Só consigo imaginar como os nossos antepassados viviam com isso.

Horrorizada com essa cirurgia. Essa menina é muito resiliente. Eu já tinha me acabado de chorar e não conseguiria ficar tanto tempo de boca aberta. Que aflição! Tenho traumas terríveis de dentista.

This was such a difficult case for both the patient and the doctor. I am amazed at the way the doctor was able to maneuver such large pieces while being so gentle. The patient is so relieved, I am sure. Wonderful work.👍😊

So, just so I think I know what I'm seeing. Does this poor patient have teeth growing under the bottom teeth? I can't imagine how painful that must have been! Yikes! when I was 14 I had all four wisdom teeth pulled. And that was no fun!

dependendo da anestesia e do sedativo q te dão vc não sente nada. So depois

Deus abençoe as mãos de todos os dentistas...pois esse cirurgias em regiao tao reduzida, são mais complexas e delicadas, do que outras de maiores proporções...as vezes dá a impressão de ser tão agressiva....

Provavelemente ocorreu, por falta do uso do aparelho (ortodontia), onde os Caninos (dentes extraídos), não erupcionaram na Vertical Correta, indo em direção para frente, não para cima, assim se deve a importância de visitar o Dentista desde cedo, para evitar Cirurgias grandes...

Olá boa noite Dr, sabe me informar se foi necessário fazer colocação de algum biomaterial na reposição óssea, ou o próprio organismo irá formar o osso? E sobre a sutura, essa técnica utilizada é necessário suturar musculo ou apenas uma sutura simples? Obrigado
