You’re welcome!
Excellent tour of the facility! I was blown away by the differences in the panels of the 300 vs the NG. Technology does not stand stil...

Same here!
Do this extra NG comes with a smoke system? Or is that extra money. Also could you tell me the price and how much deposit do you need to order one?

So smoke is an option. Down payments are typically around 20%
There’s no such thing as an investment in new aircraft… lol.. nice try sales guy.. even the oldest classic airframes from generations gone by… P-51 and so on do not necessarily gain in value… its a vehicle… its on a descending scale as to initial purchase

P-51s were $250k-$500k in the early 2000's. Now they are $2M. That is 400-800% return in around 25 years. Inflation was about 70% since 2000. Appreciation of popular WWII aircraft seems to be around 10% annual, after inflation. Which should just about cover fixed and operating expenses. If you fly airshows or instruct under a business name. These are tax write offs. Depreciation is favorable for business-owned working aircraft. And these are vastly better investments in money, time and experience than anything Ferrari or Lamborghini has built in the last 20 years. (Excl. Enzo).
