I’m a South African and I am proud of how they played in the finals, and I would also like to say well done to the English side, you guys were amazing. But I have been a kiwi fan and it broke my heart when they lost one game short of the finals. It felt dead for me and they World Cup felt different without the World Cup champions. Nz will forever be the best team in the world, winning 2 cups in a row. Proud of nz and my home country Africa 💚🖤

NZ just didn't play for winning the RWC 2019 I guess, they were just happy with the 3place.... Not using the players which you just mentioned, Rieko Ioane and also Sonny Bill W into the first 15 against England rise some questions for Steve Hansen and NZ team staff... imagine winning 3 RWC in row for them, how that was for the world of rugby?

Seeing Beauden run in to shot at 10:05 incase Aaron had chosen to kick is so comforting. Knowing they're always prepared for any sort of initiative at any moment.

Joe moody ran so fast It was like he was chasing someone that stole his pie.

always proud of the boys, we tripped up this time but it will serve as motivation on the next, ultimately i think its going to be good for our mindset to chase the cup for once. We got some fire players coming through the next 4 years, the squad for France 2023 will be lit!

g davies don’t get me wrong, ALB is arguably one the best inside center in the world, however experience is a key factor when it comes to WC matches against big contenders. Goodhue was never close to his best form, and SBW should have started for his physical impact and Crotts for his outstanding def cleverness. ALB off the bench to add an impact off the bench

@@kherouaaamine6953 crotty just returned from injury and SBW is a better impact substitute. The ABs don't lack experience just look at the forward pack. I'm my opinion the youth was a fresh change for them.

I have to say, as a king country man, I've always liked Sean Maloney, but him in the box this tournament has been an absolute joy to hear. KT on the pitch also. Excellent calling by these men.

Everyone complaining about the 2023 AB crushing win over Pumas, but AB crushed Wales for Bronze 🥉 in 2019, and SA crushed the Fighting Blossoms in Qtr Finals but they weren't whining about those games

You guys are beauty! Just beauty!!!!

Still pisses me off to this day that nz didn't start ben smith and the other experienced players against england.

Quite obvious now that NZ fielded the wrong side against England.

@@MeanAzz_13 That's not luck though is it? Irrespective of how frequently England beat New Zealand (and I will be the first to admit it doesn't happen often), the better team on the day won. There was no luck involved. NZ were outplayed and weren't good enough in almost every facet of the game. It doesn't happen very often, but suck it up.

Please upload the whole game!!! Sonny Bill and Ben Smith contributed a very large portion to the AB's win.

Crotty/sbw combo is awesome at midfield. I’ll miss watching them, as well as smith. Had they all started against England I think the result may have been different. One off load from sbw at the right time, into the right hands, can change a game alone.

Brian Preller I disagree not relying on TMO is why many like him, he makes quick decisive judgement calls which allows free flowing rugby, relying too much on TMO can make refs indecisive

Fact - as a lad Aaron Smith's dad put a small circle on the side of the rubbish bin & he practiced to perfection to hit that circle. Now you know why he is perfection personified as the No1 Half Back in todays game.

All Blacks need toughness. This isn't Super rugby. Hanson's squads are speed and finesse. Can't win a WRC when even England said they would prevail.

Nothing personal against the Welsh in general, but the way THAT team has been playing over the last decade will need to change. Playing negative/opportunistic/defensive Rugby might win you a 6N title every now and then, which is certainly good, but it won't ever, ever win you anything more. We saw it during their last 3 Test tour of NZ, at the WC, recently at the 2020 6N...

How did Retallick get that MoTM......

In ABs last try of 1H when to stop the Welsh player, he puts his hand on opponent's face: shouldn't that be penalised???? And if penalised, which are the options? Appreciate comments Cheers

It was legal because the arm was already extended when he pushed his face. If he had extended his arm to hit him in the face it would be a penalty.

They gave it all they had. Just didn't have enough when it came to England. ABs will always be the true champions, stats don't lie.

Hansen should have let the experienced and test hardened players like Smith, Croty and SB play againdt the Poms. Bridge's run down the sideline against the Irish where he got mowed down had me thinking if it was Smith he would have gotten through. Anyway good to see the departing players get a run and show that they should have been given poms. Glad the Boks " steamrolled " the bloody poms or we would not have heard the last of it for 4 long bloody years.

This should’ve been the team against England.

England were just better, but biggest mistake I reckon they made was picking Barrett at 6. having Cane or Todd in there instead could have made a big difference to the way England's loosies dominated

@Joe Cool All of those opinions were technically correct for the same infringement just differing aspects of it...Number 2 was penalized for diving over the top without contact with the tackled player.Pretty straight forward penalty.

New Zealand used alot more short passes and narrow attacks than they did against England seemingly. Should've done the same against the English.
