@@mvd4436 No he's not don't open up that can of worms. That kid should've known better to not go out in the middle of the track especially in a darkly lit part. He should've followed the rules and stayed til safety crews came. One other car barley missed him before that. Tony had lil time to react because on dirt you can't quickly avoid as you turn right to go left. Also before you if you think about using "He revved his engine" argument , it was because of it jumping when making contact with the kid, like when you see an action scene and mid jump car reeves. I know it's your opinion but understand facts and look at reason. It helps cases and those factors were more then likely taken in during the case. It's shouldn't have happened but it did and it's all because someone did not follow Nascar Safety Protocol .

LOL logano was 4/4 of the championship contenders with 20 laps to go before his teammate keselowski caused a caution which allowed logano's short run speed to win the race/championship. In other words, penske cheated and got away with it. Also the championship means hardly anything these days with it being decided over 1 race. Last real champion was 2003.
