I second that
Finally, Indian specialty coffee gets recognition. Some of the best coffee I’ve had has been from farms in India via companies like Blue Tokai and Subko.

We're releasing a coffee together very soon! Very excited to get more Indian coffee out there to the world.
Although dark roasted indian beans has been easily available in my country for like 25 years, I was very happy to finally find a quite light roast last year that was delicious. Fantastic lingering honey like finish from some S795 beans.
We needed this video. Great discussion and something ive wanted to see for a long time!
