@abhikulkarni7089 to my knowledge, this has been going on for a long time,similar to what happens with car parts. The car parts are made in China, labeled as genuine parts made by the original manufacturer in the country of distribution, and huge markups are done by the importers.

​@abhikulkarni7089 we don't care what they label it as or sell it at a premium. Till the time it doesn't come back to our own country with an inflated value. Medicine is very easy and cheap for us to manufacture and supply so we earn a good chunk without being greedy by selling them at peanut rates! For example an injection used for cancer patients is given to USA for less than 50$. They sell it for 1500-2500$
