On the rise? Based of what, trials in your home stadium? Has any Jamaican finish top 3 at the Olympics since Bolt? Maybe we can say that if 2 of them medal. Or bare minimum all 3 make the finals. Right now that statement is a bit premature imo

If she just matches the 10.83 its a possible medal
Amazing to see Queen SAFP making a 5th Olympic Games 🐐
Those 400m runners are something else.... they would have definitely gotten a medal in the 4x400 meters... If they had done something like this to USA the smallest slipups they would be left off the national team in the future. These younger Jamaican can never be like a Usain Bolt, Gregory Horton, Danny McFarlane and so many other patriotic standouts... Most of them don't reach anywhere yet, and do you see their behavior as if they arrived. I would have left dem 400 guy home. Anyway this will be remembered for a long time, knowing JAAA & JOA they probably will have something cooking up for them in the future 😂
Please, Oral Tracey is a commentator not an Analyst, no day, no way and mi nuh care how much views, likes or subscribes he has. Mr. Levy, on the otherhand is an Analyst. He was speaking specifically in relation to what he was told by her coach. But in my opinion, there are a lot of other ladies to consider, it will be tough. It is to come, so we will see.
You nuh hear Franno say him would consider taking back Elaine back, please go back Elaine in shame in your game

In the bolt era we had many many athletes that came through the gate even steve Mullings, was a good one. some even went to Bahrain and turkey. So they all bloomed at that time. After that era we had the wide gap from 2019 to 2022. We started to get back from 2023, and this season 2024. We are coming back slowly but surely.❤❤❤
Ur so right Mr Levy an Olympic medal will look good on anyone resume especially when the likelihood of you getting an individual medal is next to NIL
Both Jevaughn Powell and Malik James-King tried to qualify the team in Bahamas, so please do not crucify those two guys.

You said he doesn’t know how to shut it down he isn’t lying you down see the clips of him in training at stadium east he is running through the fence going to nannyville
Shades of Bolt in 2008. Took effort to actually apply the brakes, easier to run fast.
Tina ran 10.95.
I'm proud of him
Noah has peaked , so has Jacobs, Benares and others
100 meter world record done . All Kishane Thompson needs to do is turn his head when Fada Hype begin his pre race showboating.Kung Fu Kenny had him beat in the 200 but he let the man get into his head. Start working on cohesion and baton drills for the 4×1 because based on times, Thompson and Seville have the individual 100 covered I hope Blake does well also.
I'm intrigued by Mr Levy's perspective in contrast to Stephen Francis' perspective. I was just disappointed with the 4 x 4 team from the world relays.
Should let the 4×4 run first
So if they had run two rounds in the individual race and all felt how they were feeling are they saying they would not show up at the finals? The JAAA should drop all of them
Its irresponsible to predict 9.65 for an athlete, tho talented, doesn't have the experience on a world stage. Leighton as a veteran, u know 1) the pressure of lining up against all your top rivals 2) The pressure of the entire world watching is different from a local meet .or even a Diamond League meet.

I would not be so hard on him. He also ran in the Bahamas to try to qualify the team. Sean Bailey has not made himself available for any of the races.
If it was to run in the Olympics if they dying they would want to run their leg for the glory. And the sad thing is that it was their best chance of getting a medal...their times will not get anyone of them on the podium individually. I would love to be proven wrong.
Nugent's time is not the World lead. It was for like an hr. Y'all are supposed to know this. Sheesh
Yeah 400m runners bamboozle JAAA but the last laugh will be on them cause I doubt they will medal in Paris
The M4x4 issues plus Nickisha Pryce's great performances have in a way papered over the cracks with the rest of JAM's disappointing female quarter-miler performances this yr (Charokee, Candice & Roneisha in particular) and spells potential trouble for the W4x4 in Paris! Lanae-Tava has been good this yr, but let's calm down with 200m podium expectations not just cos of USA's 3 women in Gabby, McKenzie & Brittany, but also the likes of Dina, Julien & Favour Ofili (who too many ppl are sleeping on)!

@@marlibread Rushell at this rate will probably be drafted into the 4x4 & maybe even Lanae-Tava Thomas who was drafted into the 4x4 @World Indoors earlier in the yr.
I didn't know Kishane has a twin
With the 4x4 while I understand the sense of 'betrayal' realistically, can we also consider how tiring on the legs it would be to run the individual races and come back for a relay at the olympics if we had got there. I think it just goes to show the lack of depth. How does it make sense that we can't meet the qualifying standard without the very top runners performing. It was the JAAA mess to begin with. So why should the coaches realistically compromise their athletes health (many of which are young athletes) to cover their ****-up. And lets be very very real for years we have known better than to look for anything from the 400 men both flat and relays. Its just at world champs recently that we saw a glimmer of hope. It wasn't fair to the team mates that showed up, but ultimately the blame lands at the feet of the people that are selecting the olympic team who did not build the schedules around the advice of the coaches.
Dont right off seville you talking racers and he was right beside him wth more runs under his belt
